Guarantee Fees Policy

For international participants:

If a player withdraws, violates camp rules, abandons the program, or is dismissed due to misconduct, all guarantee fees and related costs already incurred by Yakoma Sports Events Management Services shall remain payable and non-refundable.

No player will be allowed to participate without medical clearance.

Insurance Requirements

Yakoma Sports Events Management Services shall not be responsible for medical expenses resulting from injuries, illnesses, or pre-existing medical conditions.

Code Of Conduct

All players must:

Respect coaches and officials.
Respect fellow players.
Follow camp schedules.
Attend all training sessions.
Wear approved camp uniforms.

Maintain good behavior at all times.

Disciplinary Action

The following may result in disciplinary action or dismissal:

Fighting
Bullying
Theft
Vandalism
Substance Abuse
Alcohol Consumption
Smoking
Repeated Misconduct
Failure to Follow Instructions

Serious violations may lead to immediate removal from the camp without refund.

Attendance Policy

Excessive absences may affect player evaluations and recommendations.

Media Consent

Players and parents agree that Yakoma Sports Events Management Services may use:

Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge that football is a physical sport involving risk of injury.

By signing the registration form, players and parents agree that Yakoma Sports Events Management Services, its staff, coaches, partners, and sponsors shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring during participation.

Certification

Players who successfully complete the program will receive:

Certificate of Participation
Player Performance Evaluation Report
Coach Recommendation Letter (where applicable)

ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE POLICY

Yakoma Sports Elite Training Soccer Camps reserves the right to place players on academic monitoring if:

Attendance falls below required standards.
Academic performance becomes unsatisfactory.
School disciplinary issues arise.

Camp Fees And Payment Schedule

A. SHORT-TERM ELITE TRAINING PROGRAM (6 MONTHS)
Local Players

Total Program Fee:
USD $3,500

Payment Schedule:

Initial Deposit (80%): USD $2,800
Final Payment (20%): USD $700

In addition, a Security Deposit of USD $700 is required before the commencement of the program.

International Players

Total Program Fee:
USD $6,500

Payment Schedule:

Initial Deposit (80%): USD $5,200
Final Payment (20%): USD $1,300

In addition, a Security Deposit of USD $1,000 is required before arrival.

B. LONG-TERM ELITE TRAINING PROGRAM (12 MONTHS)
Local Players

Total Program Fee:
USD $5,500

Payment Schedule:

Initial Deposit (80%): USD $4,400
Final Payment (20%): USD $1,100

In addition, a Security Deposit of USD $700 is required before the commencement of the program.

International Players

Total Program Fee:
USD $10,500

Payment Schedule:

Initial Deposit (80%): USD $8,400
Final Payment (20%): USD $2,100

In addition, a Security Deposit of USD $1,500 is required before arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

The Security Deposit is used to cover any unforeseen expenses incurred by the player during the program, including:

Damage to academy property
Unpaid personal expenses
Medical costs not covered by insurance
Disciplinary fines
Loss of academy equipment issued to the player

The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the completion of the program provided that:

The player has no outstanding debts or obligations.
No damages have been caused to academy property.
No disciplinary penalties remain unpaid.
All academy-issued equipment has been returned in good condition.

STUDY FEES NOTICE

For players joining the Study and Play Program, study fees are not included in the academy training fees.

Study fees will be provided to players and parents upon request and will vary depending on:

School, college, or university selected
Academic level and course of study
Country of study
Duration of study
Accommodation requirements (if applicable)

Separate invoices and payment schedules will be provided for educational services.
