Admission and Participation
Yakoma Sports Academy (General Santos City, Pangasinan, and Manila, Philippines) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline any application for admission to its football programs, training camps, school holiday football camps, tournaments, or related activities.
The Academy also reserves the right to suspend, exclude, or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or contrary to the values and standards of the Academy.
Participant Responsibility
All participants are expected to demonstrate respect, discipline, sportsmanship, and responsible behavior at all times while attending any Yakoma Sports Academy program, training session, match, tournament, event, or camp.
Any form of physical violence, bullying, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, offensive language, verbal abuse, or misconduct will not be tolerated. The Academy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding such behavior and reserves the right to immediately remove participants without refund.
Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
Parents or legal guardians must notify the Academy and the assigned coach or staff member before removing a participant from any training session, match, camp activity, or event.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date, including emergency contact and medical information.
Attendance and Punctuality
All participants are required to follow the official training, education, and activity schedules established by the Academy.
Regular attendance and punctuality are expected. Failure to attend scheduled sessions or arriving late may affect participation opportunities and player development.
No refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or compensation will be provided for missed sessions resulting from lateness, absence, illness, voluntary withdrawal, suspension, or removal from the program.
Personal Independence
Participants enrolled in Academy programs and holiday camps must be capable of independently managing personal needs appropriate to their age, including:
* Using restroom facilities independently;
* Eating and drinking without assistance;
* Managing personal belongings;
* Applying sunscreen and maintaining personal hygiene when instructed by Academy staff.
Uniform and Equipment Requirements
All participants are required to purchase and wear the official Yakoma Sports Academy training uniform during Academy activities unless otherwise approved by management.
Participants must also wear:
* Appropriate football boots or sports shoes;
* Shin guards during football activities;
* Academy-issued training apparel where required;
* Any additional safety equipment specified by coaches or Academy staff.
Failure to comply with uniform and safety equipment requirements may result in exclusion from participation until the requirements are met.
Academy Rights
Yakoma Sports Academy reserves the right to amend, update, interpret, and enforce these policies whenever necessary to ensure the safety, welfare, and positive development of all participants.
By enrolling in any Academy program, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Behaviour and Conduct Policies.
