Program Scheduling

Yakoma Sports Academy (General Santos City, Pangasinan, and Manila, Philippines) strives to deliver all football programs, training sessions, tournaments, camps, and activities according to the published schedule.

However, the Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, reschedule, postpone, relocate, shorten, cancel, or otherwise alter any program, session, venue, date, time, activity, or timetable whenever deemed necessary.

Such changes may occur due to weather conditions, facility availability, safety concerns, operational requirements, government regulations, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the Academy’s reasonable control.

Participant Safety and Welfare

The safety, health, and well-being of participants remain the Academy’s highest priority.

In the event of extreme or unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to:

Heavy rain
Thunderstorms and lightning
Flooding
Excessive heat
Strong winds
Air quality concerns
Natural disasters
Other hazardous environmental conditions

Yakoma Sports Academy and its authorized staff reserve the right to suspend, modify, relocate, delay, shorten, or cancel any activity as deemed necessary to protect participants and staff.

All decisions relating to weather conditions and participant safety shall be final.

Participant Safety and Welfare

The safety, health, and well-being of participants remain the Academy’s highest priority.

Parent and Guardian Notification

Where necessary, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to notify parents or guardians of schedule changes, early dismissals, venue changes, cancellations, or emergency collection requirements.

Parents and guardians may be requested to collect their children immediately if conditions are considered unsafe for continued participation.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that current emergency contact information is provided to the Academy at all times.

No Refunds or Credits

Participants and parents acknowledge that weather-related disruptions are beyond the control of Yakoma Sports Academy.

Accordingly, the Academy shall not be obligated to provide refunds, credits, make-up sessions, transfers, compensation, or reimbursements for any session, activity, camp day, tournament match, or portion thereof that is cancelled, delayed, shortened, modified, postponed, or interrupted due to weather conditions or other circumstances affecting participant safety.

The Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements where practical; however, such arrangements are not guaranteed.

Force Major

Yakoma Sports Academy shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or cancellation of services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather events, government restrictions, public health emergencies, power outages, facility closures, transportation disruptions, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.

Parent and Guardian Acknowledgement

By enrolling a participant in any Yakoma Sports Academy program, parents and guardians acknowledge that weather conditions and unforeseen events may require changes to schedules and activities and agree to comply with all instructions issued by the Academy regarding participant safety.
