Cancellation & Refund Policy

Football Programs, Camps, and Holiday Clinics

By enrolling a participant in any Yakoma Sports Academy (General Santos City, Pangasinan, and Manila, Philippines) football program, training course, school holiday football camp, tournament, or related activity, parents and guardians acknowledge that they are entering into a service agreement with the Academy and agree to be bound by the Academy’s terms and conditions.

Program Changes and Cancellations

Yakoma Sports Academy reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, shorten, or cancel any football program, training session, camp, tournament, or activity due to operational requirements, insufficient enrollment, facility availability, weather conditions, government regulations, force majeure events, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the Academy’s reasonable control.

The Academy will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and parents of any significant changes as soon as practicable.

Participant Cancellations

Once registration has been accepted and payment has been received, fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or compensation will be provided for:

Participant withdrawal from a program;
Missed sessions due to illness, injury, personal commitments, travel, school activities, or other personal circumstances;
Suspension or removal resulting from breaches of Academy policies;
Late arrival or early departure;
Weather-related interruptions or schedule changes;
Any unused portion of a program or camp.
Academy-Initiated Cancellations

If Yakoma Sports Academy cancels an entire football program, camp, or event before commencement and is unable to provide a suitable alternative arrangement, the Academy’s liability shall be limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected program.

Any refund provided shall be limited solely to the amount paid directly to Yakoma Sports Academy for the affected program.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yakoma Sports Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or additional costs arising from a cancellation, postponement, or schedule change, including but not limited to:

Travel expenses;
Accommodation costs;
Visa expenses;
Transportation costs;
Loss of income;
Loss of opportunity;
Disappointment or inconvenience;
Any other personal or third-party expenses.
Force Majeure

Yakoma Sports Academy shall not be responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, facility closures, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved by the Academy, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible and within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

All refund decisions made by Yakoma Sports Academy Management shall be final.
